Nottingham Vertical Farm & Training Centre

The project aims to innovate in the vertical farming sector by introducing an urban indoor farming model that employs a series of passive design strategies and the latest innovation in hybrid lighting technologies, to reduce operational expenses and increase profitability. It also addresses the lack of technical acumen in the field, by proposing a specialised training centre for skilled staff, which is designed to Passive House standards.
