Project SOTERIA

Project Soteria was established in 2523, 500 years later due to Earth's severe water shortage. Extraterrestrial life forms were also facing a similar issue, endangering their species' longevity and eternity. They set out to find water in the cosmos led by their pioneer, with Lumsdale Waterfall as a potential candidate. A cooperation was formed with the locals to find ways to manifest the element that would benefit both parties. The discovery of a relic, converted into the "Lexicon" device, which is a wearable device that allows for communication and knowledge dissemination, created using a relic of a Polaroid camera.

In the dedicated ritual space, disciples and the pioneer utilized the Lexicon as a means of communication and revered its symbolic value as a source of resurrection and salvation for humanity. It served as a conduit, facilitating connections and fostering a profound spiritual bond. Within this sacred area, they acknowledged the transformative power of the Lexicon, embarking on a collective journey to bring forth renewal and restore hope. Through their rituals, they embraced the guidance it offered, working together to overcome challenges and seek a brighter future for all.

BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design

Interior Architecture and Design at NTU has an incredibly long and rich history; with Interior Decoration taught at the first ever UK Art school, in the Waverley building during the 1950s.

Over the last 70 years, our programme has grown and adapted to meet the requirements of industry and social change, respond to trends, and deliver a degree which encourages students to look, think, critically appraise, and understand local and world issues amongst the principles of design.

We are a validated degree programme in which our students can join the Chartered Society of Designers, and we are members of the Interior Educators network. Our dedicated design studio in the Grade II* listed Arkwright building enables a studio culture which reflects professional practice, in a dynamic environment that challenges everyone to work collaboratively, share experiences and experiment with ideas.
